As Chief Operating Officer, Julie keeps Burrell Pipeworks running behind the scenes, overseeing operations, finance, marketing, customer relationships, and all the details that help projects run smoothly. A graduate of Grand Valley State University, she brings more than 15 years of experience in leadership, communications, project management, and business strategy. She also serves in a full-time leadership role outside the company, bringing fresh ideas and a strategic perspective to Burrell Pipeworks.
Julie believes the best businesses are built on trusted communication, strong relationships, and treating people with respect. She's passionate about creating a company where employees enjoy coming to work, customers know they'll be taken care of, and everyone gets home in time for dinner whenever possible.
